I cleared HSC with pcm can i only apply for biology again? it's already been a year or do i need to re-apply for every subject?

You can apply for a re exam in all the subjects along with adding biology or you can just give the add on exam by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The best option will be to apply for the on demand examination which is specifically for additional courses The exam is held throughout the year.
