I completed my graduation in B.C.A. and also completed Post graduation diploma in cyber forensic and security from kerala university. Can I apply for PhD or it needs master's degree (MCA, Mtech)??

You should take a note that to do PhD, Post-Graduate degree is a must in India. Most of the colleges grant admission to those students who have a post-graduate degree in hand or M.Phil. Sometimes the universities take those students in the PhD Programme who have a post-graduate degree and have cleared NET Examination in that particular field of research. This is the case in most of the colleges in India.As you completed your Pg then you are good to go.
However, you have to specify for which course you want to know about the University which offers Phd. The terms and conditions are different in every other university depending upon different courses. So, please specify for which course you want to know about the Universities.
