I am really sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to get admission in BTech polytechnic automobile engineering as you have completed your class 12th from Humanities. But there is one thing that you can do if you are short to do BTech you can again appear for 12th exams but this time you have to give exam m from science stream having main subjects as physics, chemistry and mathematics. Then you can be eligible to get admission in BTech . I hope this was helpful
