As you want to change the college after your third semester is over. Yes, you can switch colleges during the third semester of your second year; however, you must follow some guidelines when doing so:

• You have a good reason for changing colleges.
• Then you simply submit an application to your batch coordinator, course coordinator, and principal.

Then, after paying your fees until the end of the third semester go to your administrator's office and pick up all of your certificates, such as 10, 12, and TC.

However, before changing colleges, you should contact the colleges where you want to enroll because most colleges do not admit students in the middle of the year or halfway through the course.

Mostly the transfer from college to college under the same university is applicable for the 1st year of BTech. Now if you are in 2nd year, and if your college allows the same, then also you can change the college after your 2nd year i.e., 4th semester. Now to know about the procedure you must contact your college admission counselling and they will guide you out about the procedure you should follow in order to get transferred in any other college.
