Hello student. Ofcourse you are eligible to get seat in karnataka government colleges.
Here, you will come under all india rank quota. As in not come under state quota or home state. Write the NEET exam, and based on your rank in AIR quota that is all india rank quota, you can get the seat in government colleges in karnataka
