I did not apply for counselling at sastra university. But I have got a rank of 560 in stream-2 at sastra university. But I want to join at this univetsity. Can u help me?

The last date for submitting application for both streams was 31st July,2020. You can attend both the counsellings using the same application form .
If you did not attend the first round of counselling you can try in the second round however the chances depend on the vacant seats after the first round.
