I did not give cat. Can i apply here through management kota? I am a sc candidate and my graduation percentage was 47.85%?

No, you won't be able to get into. The minimum graduation percentage required is 50% .Hence you are not eligible.

No management quota unfortunately in this college. You have to have scored the requisite marks and percentile if you desire to take admission here.

There is no direct admission in this college and you have to clear an entrance exam. However your graduation percentage is too low to get admitted here even after you clear the entrance exam.
