I didn't fill deemed universities in first round of all India counselling. So can I fill them in second round ?

Yes you can. Now NMC will release the online registration process for Round 2 on November 18th. But because you have already registered, you needn't re-register. You can fill the choices and lock them. You can check the schedule at: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Documents/Edited-Schedule-dated-29.10.2020.pdf . Choice locking will be open from 3pm on November 22nd. There is no cap on no.of Colleges that you can select in choice filling. The seat will be allotted based on merit and preference.
