I didn't get any seat in csab round 1. If I get any seat in round 2 and I don't join or report it , will Rs 35000 be refunded to me?

Hello Harish , To get the refund you must withdraw before the last round so that they could allocate your seat tho someone else eventually seat will not be wasted. As CSAB has only two rounds so if you participate in the second round and you don't want to join the college , you won't be refunded.
