I Didn't qualified Neet 2020 So I can register For Stray Rounds Of MCC ? i am eligible for Registration in Stray round ? Will i can Get Seat ?

I am extremely sorry to tell you but if you have not qualified Neet 2020 examination then you cannot participate in stray around and cannot get a seat in any medical college.
This is because,
Seats are allotted in stray round on the basis of marks obtained by you in NEET examination and it mandatory to qualify Neet Examination to be eligible for stray round , also only those students are eligible for stray round who have registered themselves in at least one of the rounds of the counselling of MCC but as you have not qualified Neet examination you wouldn't have been able to participate in any of the rounds of the MCC and so now cannot participate in MCC stray round counselling.
So,

which category do you belong to?
Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General/ews 50 720 - 147
UR-PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
so if you belong to general category then with 113 marks you have not even qualified Neet examination and thus cannot get any seat.
Even if you belong to OBC SC or St category then though you have qualified Neet examination with 113 marks but just qualifying Neet examination is not enough for getting a seat and so you cannot get a seat with just 113 marks
