As you belong to SC category and have chosen any other category, you will have to rectify the application form, or if it is not possible, you will have to contact the concerned authorities. If you leave in the same situation your application will be rejected if you fail to submit the category's certificate or you will be considered under general category.

Better contact the concerned authorities and state your problem and ask for the solution.
