Hello Karuna,As per your query i would like to tell you, yes you are eligible for NEET through all india quota (which is 15%).But I would like to  suggest you if possible please apply for domicile certificate after than you are also eligible for state quota( which is 85%)and it is good for you.

There would be no issue as you can apply for All India Quota (15% seats) if you are not carrying any state's domicile till now because it is not required for the same but as per my opinion it would be better if you apply online/offline to get the domicile of your state because if you do that then this would be good for you as state cut off goes little less in comparison to AIQ so you can get advantage of it.
