10th pass certificate and marksheet is very important for getting any job..any company want your CV that is curriculum vitae, it's the shortly details about your self. So there mention your 10th class number..but when you give any interview for any company you have to shown your all certificates of education. If you have 10th class marksheet it will help you for joining. But if you don't have any certificate and marksheet then there will be some problem occurred. You have to collect your certificate then.
