I don't have my CC and IC (OBC) but I have applied for the same it will take time to be completed.So can I fill the registration form of du?

Yes you can use the slips and also visit the Delhi University's admissions office or call for clarification for the same and mentioning your roll no or enrollment number. But you must have you original certificates at the time of admissions if you get admitted through the merit based system. You will have to produce it during the documents verification otherwise your admission will not be validated and will stand cancelled.
