I don't have obc certificate but I may get certificate in the duration between gate exam what should I keep category in my application form

You can definitely keep OBC category and you must have to produce caste certificate documents for verification purposes.
Else you shall loose reservation status.
Generally for OBC Candidatescaste certificate is not required however we recommend you can bring certificate during verification purposes for safety.
