Hey Sarita.
Hope you're doing well. To answer your query, it's important to understand what you really want to do. No expert or mentor can decide this for you, they can obviously guide you but it's your choice to make a decision. Understand the pros and cons of your situation.
If you feel, that you can and you should drop another year and yet again prepare for NEET to get a good score for MBBS, go for it. Don't overthink that. But if you've any doubts about it, please look for a guide who is an expert in this field. There are so many options available and there is so much you can do, just make your mind and put your heart to it. All the very best!! :-) Good things take time
