I entered in ggsipu counselling 2022 and have my domecile as delhi and my obc certificate from up during online verification they have found a discrepency in my obc document if i fail to upload the document will i be considered as general candidate or will my candidature be cancelled??

If you fail to provide the document then your candidature will stand cancelled. Hence, if you are eligible even without the reservation then the best option for you would be to withdraw the certificate and request to apply as a general unreserved candidate. This is the safe option currently unless you can get a certificate.
