I expected 350-360 marks in neet 2018 can I get any government college ao India? I am BC 'D' category.

These marks are quite low to get a government college seat as the expected cut off could be high this time bt you can opt for some private institutions.
Under AIQ, you have very less chances to get seat but you can try for state quota colleges along with private and deemed universities.
