No. You cannot write the NEET and AIIMS unless you pass your +2. If you fail in any one, that means you did not clear your +2, so you are not pass and cannot write AIIMS and NEET.

Dear Aishwarya, ypu shpuld complete 10+2 as a whole. If Mathematics is one of your subjects in your 10+2, you shpuld pass in Mathematics as well. Only then would you be considered as 10+2 pass and be eligible for NEET. Based on your Category  you should score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
