All the application forms have a system made and all the process have time through which you have to fill the form as when the dates announces for the form filling than a few days of time are also provided for filling the form and after this all process is done than the next process is checking of your form, document, etc. In next they provide you a new date when you will get a chance to correct your form if you have done any sort of mistake in it. So i think in your case also it will be same hence you have to wait for the opening of correction window. If this is not the matter than you have to simply contact to the official's and convey them your queries and than they will only be able to give you a proper solution for it.
