Please check the inbox emails in the registered email ID or inbox messages in the registered mobile number. After the registration for the CTET examination you will receive the application number/registration number sent by the authorities to the registered mobile number and email ID. Kindly check the spam emails and other labels too if you didn't find it in the inbox.
