Hello Yuvraj Kocher ,

You don't need to worry .You can still download your JEE Main report card by visiting the JEE Main website .After visiting the website ,give your required details in the page and you will get your result . Kindly take a printout of the result and also save a softcopy of the result in your smart phone to avoid such cases again .

Hope it helps and all the best for your future endeavors .

Hello Yuvraj, Of course, it's important, if you are getting admission through your JEE main marks, obviously, the college will ask for your marks card as proof of your rank. If you are getting admission through any other means, then there's no need of the JEE main marks card.
