i forgot to upload my eligibility certificate of college instead i uploaded 6th sem result will my form get rejected or i can resubmit it

Hello,
You can't resubmit as it won't accept again. Your account might have got blacklisted or blocked. You may not do it again. This is a serious issue and can be solved by the support team of the board. So put a mail to the concerned address and ask for solution regarding the same.
they will provide you a accurate and a better solution. If your account is blocked then they also can't help you. So just make a try and make a mail to them.
