i found the opening and closing rank of last year mbbs seats herein westbengal colleges,but are those ranks are AIR or state rank ? beside that can you please provide the scores corresponding with that ranks?

It depends on which website and under which quota you are seeing these ranks on. Generally, the opening and closing ranks given on majority of websites are All India Ranks.
