Yes you can.
If you belong to OBC category and you have a community certificate to represent as a prove and a non creamy layer certificate to prove that you belong to OBC NCL category then you can definitely right JEE mains next year in OBC category.
Since you have already applied in general category this year your rank list will be published in general category. You can't change that. If as mentioned about you have a proof of your category to submit then you can definitely right JEE mains in OBC category

Hope you are doing well ! Yes definitely , you will face no problem in this . If this year you were unable to make on certificate then definitely you can make it next year and can apply as obc candidate , there will be not any issue in this case at all .
