I get 18832 rank in uptu exam can i get any decent college with it or cs branch?

Hello Bharat!.
At this rank you can't expect any government college good or bad.
Neither you can get any semi government college.
All you can get is admission into some good private colleges of Up through management quota.
You can talk to the officials of AKG JSS like colleges and get CS or IT three.
