Hello aspirant
I hope that you are doing fine

As you haven't mentioned your category , I'm assuming that you belong to general.
See having general category as well as such low marks will not make you able to get good government college , so in my view you should try for private colleges or deemed universities.

As cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.

But don't worry
You can still get an idea about your rank , college you may get through these links

Also, you can checkout previous year cut offs in order to obtain more specific information

Hope it helps
Thank you

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 473538 - 543688 and percentile would be 69.33 - 69.93 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the rank predictor

If you belong to general category your chances are very low to get admission in govt mbbs college it will be difficult for you if you have category .but you can get admission in Pvt medical colleges.
Further you can use college predictor tool to know about the college you can get

Good luck
Hope it helps
