Hey dear, cutoff changes every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get good govt. Mbbs college. So, with 400 marks ypu have some chances under state quota counselling, otherwise belonging to sc category you will have good chances for govt. Bams and bhms. Hi aspirant,

The cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc. So as per previous years cutoff you have chance to get bams seats in lucknow government college.
