Thanks for asking your query,your rank and percentile are very less to grab seat of government colleges like NITs therefore I would suggest you to choose another option like taking admission in good private college with good national ranking

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. No..sorry but it very hard because your rank very less for being admitted in chemical engineering in any of the NITs.
