Yes, candidates who have passed 10+2 in Arts stream are also eligible to get admission in GNM. For some colleges passing in English subject in 10+2 level is essential. Also each college has different minimum percentage criteria. So you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college in which you are interested to seek admission.
