This is because,
Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General 50 720 - 147
UR - PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So, with 100 marks you have failed in neet irrespective of the category you belong to
