Well, that was just a approximate percentile. But you got 86 percentile which means you are eligible to write JEE Advanced because for obc category the cut off is around 74 percentile. So with 86 percentile you can attend JEE Advanced exam. You still have a chance so do well in the exam. Good luck!

In 101 marks your percentile would be around 90. No, you can't get admission in any NIT or IIIT through general category.
