I got 11167 rank in t.s emcet and I got 16687 rank in A.p emcet but I have Cap certificate and EWS reservation but these are applicable for only ap emcet because I am a Andhra student so according to this information which state clg is best to join .pls suggest me

Hello aspirant,
Since you scored a very good rank in ts eamcet than ap eamcet, you can go for it if you are financially stable. Incase if there is some financial issues then it will good for you to join in Andhra pradesh itself as you will get full fee reimbursement if you have ration card.
