As you mentioned your IPU CET rank as 11460..but you don't mention in which course ..you want JIMS college..

Here i'm assume that you want to ask about BBA course ..

So as per previous rank cut-off ..the cut-off of JIMS for BBA is nearly around 2245-9408...so here chances are less ..but you can try ..there are only 15% reservation for outsider.. candidates.
