I got 11th rank in ts pgecet of cs&it branch...can i expect a seat in jntu or ou??

As you secured a rank of 11th in the cs engineering stream of the pgecet examination and according to the cut off ranks of the previous year you have chances of getting into anyone of the university ou/jntu .
If you have mentioned your reservation category it would easy to guess
Till no problem there is chance of getting
