Sorry to say that the marks you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical college, especially if you belong to general category.
But you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.

Yes, you can get admission with your score in private medical colleges, deemed college.
you should have at least in 50% percentile group and probably if you are in reserved category than there is 50% chances to get in
