I got 141 rank in pu ballb entrance exam with 58.75 marks and I got 96 % marks in 12th class .Is there any hope of my selection in pu uils

Considering your rank in the entrance examination and your 12th marks, you seem to have high chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh,Ludhiana as well as Hoshiarpur campus.
