I got 150 in MHT-CET and 85%in HSC can I get Civil Engineering in VJTI college.

Based on your score your expected rank is 1,893 - 2,893. The cutoff varies year to year it depends on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam, difficulty level of questions, caste category etc. but with this score the chances seems to be less to get Civil Engineering in VJTI as a General category.
