I got 15000 rank in Jee mains ... Can i get a seat in NIT ROURKELA - ECE Branch atleast in 7TH round of counselling ??

It would be difficult to tell you about EWS category reservation as NTA has provided first time reservation for EWS category in JEE Main Entrance Exam.
