I got 15247 rank in kcet and belongs to St catogary and I got supernumerary quota can I get seat in top 10 engineering college.

Yes you can get a seat in top colleges as you have reservation quota and supernumery quota. It might be difficult to get CS EC in RV, MS ramaiah, BMS and pes but you do have chance to take up these branches in sjce , NIE, nitte meenakshi, dayanandsagar, and vidyavardaka. Good luck!
