i got 15577 rank in ip cet bba exam and i would like to know the colleges where i can apply would you prefer me to drop a year or apply

There is no need to drop a year you can manage to get a decent college in this rank as well. There might be chances for you to a college in the second shift but as the students withdraw admissions because of getting into different universities, the no. Of seats get filled slowly and get vacant as well so you can still try for the morning shift.
