Not at all possible. Obc cutoff is always close to general category cutoff only. It just differs by 15-20 marks. And the government colleges cutoffs in karnataka last year were 346 in Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri and ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore and others had even above cutoffs for the obc category.

Better option for you with this score is either take a drop and comeback with more better stronger marks next year or else go for other courses like BSc or something like that.
