Hey there according to your rank in jee mains and last year cutoff of nit durgapur for other state

Branch closing ranking

Electrical engineering 15743

ENTc 12249

Last year cutoff for iiest shibpur

Branch closing ranking in final round

Mechanical 21896

Mining engineering 40008

As the ranking every year doesn't varies much. So according to that iiest shibpur will be the safest option.
