Hello gajulapalli! With your rank in ts eamcet i. e. 1890 you might get seat in telangana state. As the cut off depends on various factors as category , resident of telangana etc. Seeing the previous year closing ranks which varied from 4200-4400 in the previous years for OC students in telangana you might get a seat but the probability is less.
