I got 3767 rank in ts eamcet.iam AP student.can I get free seat in ag bsc, veterinary.

according to the rank you secured you can get into top college but free seat will not be allotted to the non local students.
if you have completed your ssc in andhra pradesh then you are considered as non local student.
so you can go with top colleges as per the merit score the fee can be reduced a bit.
