According to your rank, if you are from Hyderabad- Karnataka boder. You can easily get CSE and ECE branches in KLE Technological university, Hubballi. If you take a look at previous cutoff marks of KLE Technological university, for CSE the last year cutoff AI rank was 24245 and for ECE the last year cutoff AI rank was 27461.

But if you are not from Hyderabad- Karnataka boder, then it is actually touch to get CSE and ECE branches in KLE technological university. But you can easily get a seat in Civil, EEE, Mechanical,  Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology easily in the same college.
