KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER) was established in the year 2006 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India under the recommendation of the University Grants Commission. It is a Deemed to be University (formerly known as KLE University).

Well equipped with various medical institute under a large campus. The campus has wifi, guest house, library, banking centers, play ground ,gym and many more. At every 200 mtrs mess and Canteens can be spotted.
