243 is quite less a score of a seat in MBBS, BDS even in Private Medical Colleges and so a seat in GMC is difficult. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you are adamant about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good.
