A you can see the students getting marks greater then 300 have increased and the seats are also increasing so this can be off set so least marks for admission in BITS for any program other than Bpharm will be 290+. It cannot decrease to 250's. So the only chance is that you can get Bpharm.

On this score the chances are really less. Your best shot would be BITS Hyderabad were the cutoff was 257. On your score you could also go for B.pharm in BITS Pilani and Hyderabad

Considering your score in BITSAT 2019 and previous year cut off, I'm afraid to put in front of you that you won't get any branch in any of the BITS campuses as you fall short of 10 marks for the given requirement (as per past year cut-off). But don't loose hope, you can give a shot to other colleges for sure.
