Hello student,

According to the previous year cutoff trends the opening rank for mechanical engineering in NIT durgapur for other state students was around 6000.So, considering the previous cutoffs you don't have chances of getting into mechanical engineering in NIT durgapur.

If you want to try in getting into other colleges or try out your home state for all those information you can go through this carrers360 link and find previous years cutoff of all the NIT'S. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff

If you want to checkout only NIT durgapur you can go through this link.

Hope this helps!
